To begin with it was my long pending trip to himachal pradesh. Being working professional could not find time to manage atlast decided that 2023 should start with travelling. Though me n Shweta are school friends we came more across eachother on pula & looking at the reviews i decided to approach shweta for tour organization.She provided a customised package for himachal pradesh which included Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharamshala, Manali & Shimla. The package was well organised & managed as per my requirements. Very comfortable Stay was arranged at premium hotels and food was also excellent. Everything was provided as mentioned in itenary.Sufficient time to explore all destinations.She followed up on regular basis to make sure everything is running smooth.

Review of our Andaman honeymoon trip

Our 1st experience with Travellers Destination in exploring Andaman was amazing. Arrangements made by Shweta was excellent. There were many things to highlight during this trip but mainly I would like to highlight Private ferries i.e. Makruzz which runs between Port Blair, Havelock island & Neil island, Scuba Diving at Nemo Reef & Radhanagar beach were mesmerizing. Comfortable transport facilities were provided. Local tourist co-ordinator were very much co-operative. Neil island experience was awesome. Shweta planned & managed everything very nicely & systematically. I would suggest that everyone should explore Andaman once in their life with travellers destination. Thank you very much.

This is my first trip with Shweta and it is an honour to compliment her for her expertise in travel arrangements! We had a fantastic experience to our recent trip to Kashmir booked via Travellers Destination.

Ohh!! But before Shweta, I must Thank Pula members. One day, I was just scrolling down on my fb wall and I just came across a positive review for Shweta shared by one of our Pula members and this review was a kick for me as for long we were wanting to go on a tour but our past experience with MMT was below expectation and so we had decided whenever we will be on a tour, we will plan on our own but the multiple positive reviews for Shweta made me go for her and yess, this is all what we wanted.

Her supportive communication helped me to customise my package as per my requirement. Shweta personally checked all the hotel facilities for our comfort and suitable flight timings as I was travelling with my 4-year old son. She guided me to what should I carry along with me to comfort my son during the tour. She ensured we had all required information regarding the travel formalities etc especially since we travelled during Covid 19 pandemic.

Her suggestions were just solicitous. She made us postponed our tour as one of the hotels in Sonmarg where she wanted us to make our stay was closed and was going to re-open in 2-3 days. We agreed to her and believe me, that hotel (Villa Himalaya) was jaw – dropping. (Video attached for reference). Whatever pros and cons she suggested before going were 100% true what we experienced.

At the end of each day of our tour, Shweta had called us and ensured whether we are enjoying our tour and are safe or not. This kind of service I have never seen or heard given by any of the tour planners. Shweta was always available to answer any queries that we had and ensured she got back to us with the information at the committed time. She has an incredible grasp of the area and the localists. Her connection with key people in Kashmir to arrange the tailored needs is remarkable.

The vehicle provided was in good condition. Excellent driver with good knowledge of the localities. He was very helpful and accommodated all our requests. The hotels for accommodation were great premium properties with clean rooms and washrooms.

Food quality was also good at the hotels. I would like to appreciate the service & efforts of Shweta Walunjkar in making this trip a success. She is ‘Five Star’ in all respects.

Shweta arranged a trip for group of 7 ladies (total group was 15 ladies ) to Leh which included my mother and mother in law and thier friends...

They had the most remarkable tour with Travellers destination. Not only everything was perfect, but they felt , I every instance, that Shweta was incredibly caring. All the arrangements for the food and stay were upto the mark. Food was delicious at Leh and Camp at Nubra valley was a amazing experience... As being a remote village, both of these places don't have much of a network connectivity, but Shweta made sure I was connected with my family...

My mother in law did not have any difficulty inspite of her hand being fracture.. They really enjoyed visiting places like Thiksey monestry, Diskit Gompa, View in Nubra Valley, Sangham of Indus and Zanskar river.. They even Visited Rancho's School in Leh.. Tour
Loved the entire tour. The range of sites, climates, topography, landscape and altitudes was immensely rewarding. The program was intense but not overly. Always something of interest, but with enough down-time. Very well planned, and the opportunity to see quite a lot of the Bali.

Accomodations
Lodgings and restaurants exceeded all expectations.
Excellent.
In all cases we were very impressed and surprised. Beds always comfortable. Staff were universally helpful, charming and willing to do all to make things go well.
The only focus the hotel needed to maintain is the cleaning procedure and refilling of amenities.

Transports
High quality and performance of the vehicles provided. The driver was always accompanied with the tour guide. The driver was also spot on. Excellent

Meals
Food in lodgings was great and varied for all meal periods.
